2001: As well as a new oil tank and electrics to meet insurance requirements, this home has benefitted from new windows and doors, drainage tile (for the first time!), new bathrooms and kitchen together with the enhanced plumbing and electrics as well as new roofs, insulation, ventilation and siding. We also did extensive landscaping and fixed the septic system.
